Never in my life as a college student, as a new professional and now as a seasoned business professional, have I had to deal with such an awful company. They keep their maintenance guys completely understaffed. The building access doors almost never work. The office is completely unprofessional. The entrance gates are almost always broken - and cars - including my boyfriend's got broken into. I had to put down one months rent as a deposit because they did not feel I made enough mnoney (even though I was always on time). I have still not received my deposit refund check and no one seems to know where it is. I live in a much more expensive and well run apartment community and I cannot tell you what a difference a good management company makes! SAVE YOUR MONEY and your SANITY - do not rent from them!!!!!

Good place, bad management. Very bad corporate office. I stayed there three years. I hired professional cleaners and clean every thing. Their maintenance’s. man said all looks good. they want $20 on top of my $600 deposit for the carpet which it was not new when I moved in, and it did has some coloring on it to start with, and extra charge for deep panting!, oh here is funny one, $145 for deodorize the place,!!! Nothing for oven, fridge, bathroom, where is the logic? I did not have a pet by the way, and they made about $30k of me staying there 3 years… did they expected to be in untouched shape?
I ma taking them to court.
My attorney said I can take them to court because they did not want to renew my lease because my children were running the hole, and they did not have any proof. And there are few families who have children and they still live there. I could have styed but I wanted to be the nice person. But after they kept my deposit they are going to court, and I will show the truth about them on the web
