We have lived at Tuscany Court almost a year now and since day one the security of the complex has been a major concern. The exterior doors to the complex have non functioning locks as well as the front main gate is broken 60% of the time. There have been several recent apartment break-ins but Tuscany Court management (Richdale Group) has done absolutly nothing to try secure the property. Also there are constantly cars being broken into in the parking garage. As far as the security measures that are in place such as the cameras at the front gate we have learned that they are facing down to the ground and have not recorded any activity, but are on the list to be repaired (so says). Also, as far as office staff at the complex they are OK. Its not until you have to deal with the corporate staff at Richdale Group in Omaha, NE that you get the real feel of how uncaring, hateful and unprofessional this company is run (Mainly the staff in Resident Relations). As far as maintanence at the property is concerned there is nothing that duct tape, nails, glue, or just some genuine rigging cant fix. Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone it has been nothing but problems for us as well as many other tenats. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
