I m coming up on a year at 2111 Holly Hall Apartments. I like them. The skylights in the townhomes really brighten the place up. Maintenance is fast and responsive. Place is kept up quite well, well lit. They have nice tennis courts and a pool (even if it is unheated) and a hot tub (that is a little warmer than than pool, usually). Small fitness center too.
It is gated with guards after hours. Very little trouble or crime from what I have seen. Mostly a younger 20-30s group of residents.
Not a bad place at all. The only complaint that I have is the high cost of cooling the place. The upstairs doesn t get very cold in the summer.
PS. Toward the end of my stay (2003) the rental requirements must have dropped because there were tackier cars, more vandalism, more noise problems. I was happy to leave before the place went completely ghetto. Shame because when I moved there it was a nice quality place.
