Ummm.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Been living here for 2 months, and this place is substandard. The gate was broken, then got fixed, and now they dont use it during the day. Which allows the greater medical center to use our parking lot as a park-and-ride. Maintence sucks. Just had my "overflow pipe" fixed on my upstairs bathroom because when you take a bath, if the water gets a little too high (read, not overflowing out of the bath), water leaks into my downstairs bathroom. That was 2 days ago... just got off the phone with the answering service because the actual problem was NOT fixed. The security is OK. Sometimes one of the guards lets people in without calling residents, and the other guy is a complete JERK!!!! Always hassles some friends of mine when they com here. Leasing office is full of morons. I went down to pick up a package today, but they said that it hadnt come in. So I check the tracking # and the person I first talked to, in fact, had signed for the package. I would not recommend this place to live.
