Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998
This was my first apartment I ever lived in in Houston. I lived there with a couple of friends and I will tell you... Never again. We lived in a 3 bedroom apartment which cost us just over $1000 a month.... keep in mind I lived there from 1996 - 1998. I don't know what in the world was the deal with the electricity there but we'd pay like $300 - $400 a month.... In the winter, it was usually nice, so we'd open the windows and wouldn't turn on the heat or air condition and it would still run us $150 a month. Something really wrong there. Not too many problems there. For the most part it was ok, but that place is VERY OVERPRICED for what you are getting.
