The staff is seriously the WORST staff I have ever encountered! EVER! We had constant problems with our 3br townhome. Silvia (office head) constantly blamed and charged US for the problems until we had an outside company come in and PROVE that everything was their fault. Run as fast as you can! These are the WORST apartments too! Everything will break on you, but lo and behold-it WILL be your fault, as far as Silvia is concerned. We need to put this place out of business.

I definantly agree. I live in a two bedroom apartment here at Holly Hall, and we had A/C problems that lasted an entire month! Our bill for August was three hundred dollars, twice as much as it would be for a two story house! It was broken, they wouldn't call an acutal A/C guy to come fix it, and they never repayed us for the money we lost because of their incompetance. On top of all that, the maintenance manager dismissed our situation because my roommate and I were college students. She treated us like we were children, and could have cared less about any of our problems.
