2111 Holly Hall is the WORST place in Houston. They are a bit cheaper than surrounding complexes, but that is for a reason. The office just hired a girl that was FIRED from another complex because she was so bad. But, she is probably the best one in the office of 2111 Holly Hall. I had problems with Ms. Sylvia...I've seen her name on lots of these reviews. She'll give you her fake smile and obnoxiously loud greeting until you go into her office with a concern about your apartment. I have been in the office while she YELLED at a tenant. Unprofessional and mean.
The AC are sooooo old! They don't work, which is why everyone's electricity bills are so high. But Sylvia will blame in on the electricity provider.
Just go somewhere else. It is seriously NOT worth it. Lucille in the office is the only sane person in the whole office!
Take my advice: DO NOT LIVE IN 2111 HOLLY HALL!!
