it's been 60 days...where is my deposit'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I really didn't have any serious problems other than roaches and high elec. bills until now. I moved out 60 days ago and have neither received my deposit nor a list of reasons as to why I have not received my deposit. I gave them written notice at the appropriate time and my forwarding address. By TEXAS LAW A DEPOSIT IS TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF MOVING OUT. I have called and called. No one on the staff knows anything or returns my calls, everyone is totally disorganized. I get jerked around by everyone, am put on hold and transferred to someone else. It is ridiculous. No one cares. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! They will screw you over for everything that they can.
