Holly Hall is a big complex, so wanting maintenance right away was sacrificed. The leasing office is full of a bunch of people that really dont care about you. The thing that really sticks out about that place is as follows.
My wife and I lived there for 6 months, and were in a delima about what to do. We had just graduated and were looking for work, we might have had to move away. We sucked it up and signed another 6 month lease, only to get a job offer in Dallas the next month. Well, we moved. We followed the law and payed the "remittance fee" and we paid the 80% rent that our contract required. Well, all was not good. I called every month because once the apartment was pre-leased, we were no longer responsible for the rent. 5 months later
I show up in their office wondering why they wont call me back. Well, come to find out that someone had not only moved in, but they did so while we were still paying rent. That, by the way, is illeagal as all get out. They said that it was a one day thing, they signed the lease and moved in the next day... funny though that the refund check was equal to 2 months rent.
Also, my wifes debit card got stolen out of our mailbox...and used. So I wouldnt feel too safe there. The gate people kind of did their job, it would seem that the only people they would make call residents were our guests.
