I lived there for a year. There were so many problems. For one, the apartments have new paint jobs, but everything inside is old and worn out. Here are a list of things that went wrong: toilet was was always clogged, clothes never dried in dryer, refrigerator leaked, faucets were rusty,and trash compactor broke. I called the office to have maintenance come fix these problems. Sure, they did drop by, but nothing was ever fixed. Moreover, you'll get some really noisy neighbors. The walls are so freakin thin. After I left I was supposed to get my $150 deposit back. A month goes by and I get a check in the mail. For Christ's sake, I get a check for $15.00. I called management up and they tell me the deduction of $135 was for clean up of the apartment. I actually cleaned the place up before I left. All I have to say is that if you decide to rent here you might as well bend over and have Holly Hall screw you in the ass.
