DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Let me start by making a list of positive things:
1. NOTHING
This place is A BAD CHOICE. I wish that I had time to stand on the corner with a sign that let every person passing by not to ever consider moving here. When we first moved here we thought WOW!! Now we think WHY'' After about two weeks of being here stains surfaced from the carpet that looked like oil stains. We are both college students, one of us works retail, the other a substitute teacher, where in the world did oil stains come from'' Then the roaches, BIG UGLY things, then the countless repairs for things that shouldn't need repair, bottom of the tub rusting'' Then comes the electricity bills that range from $400-$500 in the summer then in the coler months $150-$200, for a two bedroom one and a half bath. DO WE LIVE IN A HOUSE''' Then comes the parking. Umm try getting enough excercise to run a marathon to and from your apartment. The floors creak really bad the lights dim if you have something plugged up. There are major gaps under doors and windows. Oh yeah that was supposed to be fixed how many weeks ago''' Then come the rodents RATS!!! That appear from.....''' But the apartments should take care of that only on Mondays. I reqested service waited until Monday for them to place two sticky traps that the RAT moved way across the room only to escape then Sylvia tells me I will get someone out today. Well she leaves before she even talks to me to confirm, but she leaves word that Terminix coming out on a day other than Monday would be an extra fee for them, you guessed it another week with the RAT!!! Then I ask if service workers can help fix the problem, someone who speaks limited English tells me he is going to "check the traps" Check them for what''RATS....no, they escaped!!! Then I call and they tell me that if I get some traps to catch the RAT that they will come remove it. Well no such luck SO Once agian another week with the RAT. If you find a worse apartment complex then these buy a lottery ticket you will hit the jackpot!! Do not move here, despite all the wonderful things they will try to tell you to get you to move in. Staff sometimes can help......but not when it really counts!!!!
