Getting the hell out of here

I'm in the process of moving out for many reasons.
1) our lights bill was over $325 for the past 5 months. I have friends with houses twice the size that pay about a third less than that. They have "attempted" to fix the ac that runs constantly, but it still runs constantly...hmmm is there something wrong here'
2)They have never fixed the work out equipment. never. I don't believe they ever will.
3) Bugs live in the walls and no matter how much we spray, they always come back
4) I was moving some stuff out yesterday and a rat ran out from under our bed. That's right folks, a rat.
5) occasionally there are suspicous men wandering the parking lot at night or on the weekends. They have approached my wife multiple times for directions and then she sees them the next day wandering around again asking another person for directions.
