2111 Holly Hall is place I would consider your midpoint. Whether your a student needing a place close to TSU or the Medical Center, you still never grow a "homely" attachment to this place. This is a fairly old properties that is in dier need of a facelift. The management team is okay(for the exception of Sylvia)...KUDOS to Derrick, but the property itself is a turnoff. Needs to be seriously renovated, remodeled, redone, re-everythinged...seriously. Because the general population, in my opinion, have the same work day ( Med Students, etc.), parking after 8:00-9:00pm is almost impossible...unless you plan to hike home from another part of the complex. Also just note that my electricity bill went from avg. $100/mo to almost $300/mo within the same year. They ONLY offer TVMax for cable, which is "down" every other day ( and no...you DONT get compensated for the downtime). The driveways around the apartment will murder your tires. The Greenery should be called Brownery. Yes I HAVE seen a rat-mouse thingy crawling outside before. The pool, and workout area. Sucks! If you wanted to get a full workout, your best bet is the apartment next door(shhhh).
Summary: PROS:uh...well... location and...damn...i guess that's it.
CONS: EVERYTHING else! Parking, Secuity, Cleanliness, Management(solely b/c of site Manager-SYLVIA), Utility Bills (SKY HIGH...no joke!), Conflict/Issue Resolution is horrible, Quality of apartments...I could go on and on, but I do want to see my son grow up.
Overall...eh...It's a NO!
