I have been having problems with these guys for the longest time, from the first day I moved in. They never gave me a mail box key!!! In the winter my AC broke, and it took them forever to come out to fix it. I asked them to come out and they send some stupid Mexican who couldn't speak English. So he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him. He said it was fixed and left, I had the call them back the next day because it was never fixed. Again, he tells me it's fixed. But I had to call him back yet again. This went on for a week! I finally had to call them up and get in a fight with the manger there, and I told her I've been trying to get someone to come out here to fix it for 4 times now, and she actually tried to get in a fight with me over the phone saying that I had only called them once. How the ---- did this happen when your Mexican came out 4 times'! He came over yet again, this time he turned out my power without telling me!!! My computer crashed, and I lost my paper I was typing, 3 days of work gone just like that! (I had the file saved, but b/c of the power supply going out to quickly it corrupted the file and it would not open up, I toyed everything) After this problem was over I had a problem with the bugs, they have like a million cockroaches in here, I called someone out there but no one ever came, I decided t let it go b/c i was moving out in about a month. And the ----en Electrical bill was like 500 bucks, no joke!!! I talked to them about it at the begging of my lease and they did nothing to check the meter and said they would not do anything. I even asked them before moving in, and they told me it was around 50-100. No one I talked to around my apartment is paying that much, you can check other reports here and they all have had this problem! I think they are in on it somehow and no one can prove it.

I even had a problem when I was moving! I went and talked to Silva about my lease she said it would be up on April 30! So... I packed up all my ---- and moved, found another apartment and just finished unpacking today. But! I found out that I have to pay rent for next month, because she was so ----en lazy that she didn't go look at my lease she just guessed that my lease was up..... Why the ---- should I have to pay if she did not have the common scense to check my lease. It's not like I carry a lease in my pocket, do you'



Parking is always full at night, so if you are coming at late hour, you will not find anything, I have had to park in the gas station's parking lot once! NO joke!

Noise is ----en loud! I had t ocall the police one day b/c my neighbor's would not shut the ---- up. I live in 804 so if anyone got the cops called on them near there. IT was me!

Ground had trash all over the place, they can pay a Mexican to clean it or something' They have them for everything else.

Safety' NONE! In the same week we had 2 reports of some perv peeping around some girls windows and wacking off.

Place is also falling apart.

Maintenance is lazy, all full of non English speaking people so you can't understand them. I want to see there papers!!!

Staff is the worst I have ever seen. Do they not know they need to treat their customers good to keep them, I don't know anyone that is plaining on renewing there lease here. They are rude and talk down to you, they lie and cheat you!


If I can get one person to stay away from this place, it will be worth it! You will beable wort my time. Please stay away from here, it is not wort the time and effort or the money. You can find a much better place.

Problems are understandable, however, must you say "Stupid Mexican?" Grow up.

Wow... normally I do my best to try and find a balance between the staff and resident so that everyone can learn from these types of situations. Unfortunately, I feel that the way you regard the maintenance team as "stupid --------" is quite derogatory and completely unnecessary. Just because they don't speak English well (or at all) does not make them incompetent, it just means that there is a language barrier. Instead of calling the office so many times and more than likely frustrating the leasing office by using such derogatory language, I would have talked to the manager first hand. Also, in the cases from when I worked in the industry, there is usually a maintenance supervisor who is bilingual and will help both English and Spanish speaking residents. Also, using the "F" word only makes you look ignorant. Finally, it is not the leasing agents or the manager's fault that YOU did not understand the legally binding lease contract you signed. You are correct that the right thing to do would have been to verify the correct date, but you are the one ultimately responsible for putting in correct notice. Keep that in mind next time around - always read your lease contract so you don't have issues like this anymore.

I disagree entirely with your review, but that's not the point of my comment. If you're going to write a review full of curse words, grow up. If you're going to sit here and call the maintenance staff "stupid --------" and talk about how they don't have their papers, well... RavKhinda doesn't sound very American to me. You obviously haven't mastered the English language, just as the maintenance staff might not have either. Yes, I get very frustrated trying to communicate with one or two of them occasionally because of the language barrier, but political views aside- don't start ripping people apart for their inability to speak this language when you obviously cannot do so either. Learn how to use spell check.

You obviously got the point out that these apartments suck. Congratulations! You also proved that you are an uneducated and possibly an unrealiable source. (I would have a hard time believing you if it wasn't for the fact that other users rated the place poorly as well.) Using curse words and putting people down just because they could not communicate with you shows that you are pretty ignorant.

You are obviously a bigoted idiot! I want to see your papers. I am a 13th generation American. What are you!?! I think it is really sad when one group of immigrants have the audacity to bad mouth another group. You are all in the same perverbial boat. BTW English consists of more than just 4 letter words so pick up a Thesaurus.
