Rip Off for poor college students.

My first clue was the fact they were taking down the screens off the windows when I moved in. Uninterested management (friendly enough but is only giving lip service. Horrible parking, you have to walk half a mile to get to your car. Noisy units w/ bad AC. I didn't have a car during med school and it is right on a metro line to the med center that is the only reason I stayed as long as I did.
