Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I had major problems when I moved in last Sept, but I am more than happy to say that I live here. Every apartment complex has its' problems. 2111's major defect is parking! It is horrible if you come home after 10pm, but you learn to adapt. I think most of the people here are students or at least productive people. In all of my time living here I have heard one party. It is walking distance to the metrorail so that will save a lot of money on parking downtown or the medical center. I hate living here at rodeo time b/c traffic is horrible, but again you learn to adapt. I have had light bills as low as $33 (I live on the 1st floor), I have heard that the townhouses have way higher bills. You have to check that out for yourself.
