I felt I had to write this review because almost every review I read is just negative after negative. I guess people only make noise when things are bad. Let me start off by saying that this place is average, but that doesn't mean bad. People who live here do so for basically one reason, proximity to the Medical center.
Parking can be a chore but usually its not too bad. I've only had to park in no mans land twice. As for the one reviewer who said he had to park in the lot across the street, that sounds like a load of crap.
For cable your stuck with TV Max, which is indeed horrible but that isn't the apartment complex's fault, there are laws in place on city wide level affecting that. Ignore people bitching about that.
Maintenance problems do happen but every now and then and each one I've had was dealt with by the staff in a professional manner. My neighbors AC unit started leaking and ate a hole in my ceiling above the shower. They came, cleaned up the area, and patched the hole in two days.
While the place isn't perfect it isn't as horrible as all the reviews make it seem.

First off, I live here, I hate it, and I have absolutely no association whatsoever with the medical center. The world doesn't revolve around med students. Second, there are no laws in place affecting the cable company, in fact, it's exactly the opposite. Holly Hall has a contract with TVMax to have them be the exclusive provider. This is also a contract that was ruled unlawful by the FCC last month. So when the contract is up...TVMax is out of business.
