I think every apt has its ups and downs. I have lived at this complex for just about a year and have never had a problem, the problems that i have had were minor maintenance issues that were fixed that same day if not the day after (THE MAINTENANCE IS GREAT AND VERY NICE). I never had any real office issues that i had to deal with but those I did have were resolved without any bad attitudes on their part.
For the most part i liked living here and the only reason we are moving is because we are trying to pay a little less then what we are paying. holly hall has by far the best rates with anemitities in the area to offer and those that say they are to pricy need to realize its in the med center and the rates they have are to accomodate the area. if you dont like it move somewhere else. you cant expect to come to the med center and pay $500 for an apt in this area so get real people.
i can say however that parking is the pits on the weekends cause all the guests that come into our complex which does kinds suck but thats any apt complex. weekdays are pretty good. if you like quite, this place is for you, i have seen my next door neighbors once in a year and the neighbor i would see normaly was really nice. other then that you think your the only one living there, its so quiet. listen your gonna have ------ reviews for any apt complex wether its the managers or the roach infestations and with this place i have had neither. so happy apt hunting.
