Caveat Emptor- Buyer Beware

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Six months now and still no deposit after multiple attempts to collect. First excuse' Wrong address. Second excuse' Drafted check wrong, had to get a new one from the central office. Third excuse' None given. I'll be writing them demanding it or else its to small claims court I go, asking for triple the return. Sick of this.
