My husband and I lived here for a year and a half. Other than issues beyond everyone's control (sewage backup), we had NO issues here. We loved our experience. We could hardly ever hear our neighbors. Parking was not a problem. We never got one scratch on our car. Maintenance was fine. Yes they speak mainly Spanish, but they attempt to speak, heck, even write notes in English. They were always courteous and prompt. Trash pick up was always on schedule. There was NEVER trash on the side of the dumpsters for more than a couple of hours. As soon as maintenance saw an issue they came right away. We NEVER has missing mail. One thing I really liked about these apartments was that the staff never mingled with our life. They would not walk the premises to see if you were complying with your lease in every way possible. We lived at peace here. Other than that, I can't tell you much about the office staff because we never really had to use them for anything. Oh, I forgot to mention security. There is constant security on the property. Everytime I would forget my pass, security would stop and ask me for an ID and which apt I was headed to. It annoyed the heck out of me because they already knew I lived there, but I was glad they were doing there job. There is also a small fitness center and four tennis courts. The fitness center like I said is small, but it has an eliptical, treadmill, some bikes, and weights---the essentials. The tennis courts are nice if you like to play tennis, and the pool usually looked well kept. (We aren't swimmers.) This is definitely a place I would recommend. Maybe we just got lucky in our location, who knows, but our experience was very nice.
