My wife and I moved here last year and we've lived here about a year. During that time, we've had a very very pleasant experience. Obviously, this isn't a house or a condo, so you're going to have to deal with people in order to get things done. However, the people here (maintenance and management) have been really great. In fact, I once had a rent check bounce due to an error I made with a deposit at my bank. After I found out that the check bounced, the office told me that I owed them over $300 in late fees. However, I explained my situation, told them I could pay the rent immediately, and the office manager (Silvia) then looked at my file, saw that I had never been late with the rent, and dismissed the fees for me. It was soo so refreshing to deal with a person instead of someone telling me there was nothing they could do to help...

Maintenance has come over to make any repairs that have needed to be made either on the same day, or a day or two later, and always did a great job. Parking is never an issue...we've never had our car broken in to, or had it scratched. The noise level is fine. The pool is great....I know people have bad things to say about this place, but it's likely they're just upset about something management did to them, because there's really not too much wrong with this place. We enjoy it (even though it's an apartment and not a house).

There is too much wrong about this place. Nothing can go right unless you sacrifice and neglect you deserve after paying so much. You can definately lease an apartment in a good and safe place in less than the money you pay them.
