I've lived in this apartment for a year and a half now, and my husband has been here for 4 years now. We think the apartment complex is great, given its services, location and rent.
We've never had a problem with getting things fixed ASAP, in case we had a problem. The staff and maintenance people are helpful, friendly and prompt. Also there is this one night guard who will not let you in if you do not have a community sticker on ur car. Very dedicated to her work. The structure of the apartment complex does not make it look cluttered (compared to other apartment complexes in the area). They've provided us with a nice gym, clean & well maintained swimming pool, a tennis court and lots of place to roam around (My favorite being Block 34).
Reliant Park metro rail station is just around the corner and metro bus services are right outside the apartment premises.
Parking is a problem if you return late at night, because the parking areas close to your apartment might get full. But overall, it is a nice place to live in. Lots of friendly Indian faces to be seen on the complex.
