I am living here for past few years. The overall situation of this complex has touched the bottom level since I moved here. I completely agree with the last review that the apartment official staffs are completely unprofessional and downright rude. Recently I moved to another unit in this apartment, what a mistake I made! It is infested with millions of cockroaches from the begining. Even after repeated requests I made with the apartment officials there is little improvment of the situation. One can see the roaches crawling on the kitchen and bedroom walls, on the floor/carpet and even on the bed, just weeks after moving. The new manager is trying to give hundreds of lame excuses without much attampt of solving them. No pest control personal treats the cockroach infested unit even after one make the request to do so. The living situation is totally unhyginic. The other huge problem is that the resident who have pets, let their dog unleashed and let them do poo on the others yard and open area/ grass without cleaning them afterwards. Several complaints with the officials does not make any difference. They are very very unprofessional in treating the basic problem like this making the situation totally impossible to live.
