1)Two students were robbed on Gun point and they moved out soon.
2)They were not even allotted the apartment on the date they were told they will give them apt.
Poor guys had to move out as they didn't feel secure anymore but you don't do any mistake like this.
3)It was hard to even talk to them and recieve their response about security.
This is what they said "The security on the gate is not for people its the property caretaker. If we put cameras on gate and provide other security, people would become careless and give leave to their guards."

Note: Incidence like this happen, I agree because the surrounding area itself is not good. But there is a certain way the management reacts to the incidence. And they failed. The other apt people were not even informed about the incidence to be alert because they fear people will move out if they come to know about it.

Take a wise decision.

I just left the office and was told that the above incident never happened. My experiences with the complex would lead me to believe that the above incident is possible, if not probable. Anonymous, can you provide a date, time and case number? It is important that residents be made aware (if this incident did happen). In fact, if this were to happen again without the office notifying residents of the prior event, management could be looking at a lawsuit due to negligence. Without more information though, it is simply your word vs. the management's. Please provide facts to corroborate your story.
