Before I signed the lease , they showed me a' gym and a business center '. After I move in , I find out that the gym is non functional and the machines have not been working since the past one year !The business center is actually an office for employees and not for resident use. The lease states that if we move out we have to pay rent for the entire year. Thus I fell into a trap. It is a surprise how they get away with such fraud- isn't here any authority we can help fix rental fraud ' when the management is confronted they come up with some excuse and say they will look into the matter but nothing happens &
