I have been staying here for 4 years now. It was good when I first came in. Administrative staffs were nice and good at that time. But now its the worst apartment complex.
First thing is safety. There is absolutely no safety in this complex. There had been breakins and theft in my friends apartments. Even I lost my packages that were left outside my front door only for less than couple of hours.
Second thing is staff friendliness. I should give them negative rating. I got locked out of my apt once. The staff (she used to work as gate keeper and then promoted as administrative staff due to their internal politics, never did good job )was so unfriendly and rude. She didn't even let me inside the office because they are scheduled to open only an hour later.
My car got hit twice and never known who hit it. Now I'm just waiting for my lease to expire.
Not to mention, we have the worst roads, no sound proof.
But manitenance is good.
My sincere advice is just stay away from this place- Rude staffs & No safety.
Only good thing is the location close to Metro Rail. I would recommend Archstone, but they are very pricey and unavailable.
