I don't work here. Me and a guy I've known for a while moved in recently, and we like it... occassionally there are maintenance guys who come around when we leave for work, and occassionally parking is really full, but we like the place alot. Rent is low, apartment (2 br/1.5 ba townhouse) is HUGE. Workout facility just got revamped and bench press is broken because of some other dummy who lives there.
Lots of fat people... our old neighbor used to stare at us and smoke week, but he is gone now, and the new ones are cool. This place probably HAD problems, but they are moving out, if you know what I mean. Under new management, and they're looking for people who will PAY rent.
Office is small, and BUSY... probably another person would help, but they are friendly. As for this dreaded Sylvia... haven't seen her be rude.
