Ive been staying here for 2 years now....can hardly wait till my lease is up in August.
Im not the tidiest person but I DO keep my apartment clean....soooo why do I continuously have a bug problem' (Roaches, ants, those little rolly pollies are everywhere, and spiders). What does management do about it....send the bug guy who sprays in one spot and says "deal with it, you probably have nasty neighbors"....so ok I deal with it...Air conditioner is trash or should I say the insulation is trash! You get a washer and dryer but damn it so small you will be washing a drying for days...not to mention how high you electricity bill will be...dont even use it for that matter...I stay in a 1bed/1bath and my electricity bill is almost $200'''''!!! WTF' I keep the air on 80deg and cut it off when I leave...hell most of the time Im not even there so why is it high...What about the water bill' It was as high as $35 once :o\ ...i mean really' Ppl with houses pay lower water bills than that. Then, they are constantly doing construction and not telling you about it...Oh, and the unreported break-ins...yeah I bet you didnt hear about those! Wanna know why' bc they DONT report them. My first year here I caught a man choking his girlfriend outside and beating her...went to alert security and they did nothing of course. Hope the woman is okay! And lately it just seems like the more ppl that move in, the weirder they get! standing outside smoking weed'! Banging loud ass music...It was NOT like this when I first moved here....Too bad Derek doesnt work here anymore bc the ppl in the front office are numb...I often wonder what are the qualifications for the job bc it must be easy! You can move here if you want but Im telling you...in the end youre gonna get screwed. Yeah It has pros: close to the light rail and medical center...blah blah...But a lot of ppl who stay there dont even go to school there- they go to UofH and TSU...if you can find better (which should be eay) FIND IT! And Its funny how when I moved in I was paying one price but when 2111 got bought I started paying a much higher price for the same mess. All they did was replace my fridge,dishwasher (dont use it! Im telling you your electricity will be SKY high), stove, and flooring right in the front of the door and kitchen.

Im not mad at 2111, please understand, but Im just tired of their broke-down service and ignorance.

Ready to get outta this place...quick, fast, and in a hurry!
