Hi,
I'm going to be possibly moving in within the next month and I was wondering what everyone's opinions were of this place' I recently visited and I thought the apartments were nice, and the management staff (which is apparently new) were friendly and helpful. So scratch those out of your review unless it has to deal with how they respond to certain situations such as noise etc.

and also How much on average does everyone spend on water/trash/sewage and electricity here'

Your feedback would be appreciated!!! :)

I lived there for quite some time and never really had problems with the management myself. It was more the bills, neighbors and bugs that were the issue. Bills- Electricity was pretty high. For our two bedroom townhouse we were never lower than about $150. To help cut the cost we also sweat like pigs to not turn the a/c on and froze in the winter to avoid turning on the heat. Still it was never lower than $100. A couple of times it got up close to $200. For comparison, where I live now I keep my apartment cool and it only costs about $50 a month. They are impossible to heat or cool. Neighbors- I agree with most of the responses here that there are some noise makers out there. I myself am in my late 20's and still got unbelievably frustrated with the noise. The windows are so thin that I could hear the entire conversation of people standing out side even over the television. Since parking can be an issue, everyone around me decided to utilize the handicap spots for their own personal use. Even when the staff was notified about this, nothing changed. A family that lived a couple doors down from me had a constant issue with this as her mother would come and could not utilize the handicap spot, ending up walking a good 5 minutes to get to their apartment. Bugs- Oh my goodness, the bugs. It was ridiculous the amount of bugs in our kitchen. We asked them to come out and spray on a consistent basis; not sure if they actually did but nothing ever changed. I finally called the property management office and they told me to go buy spray. I did and nothing changed. As a test, we took everything out of our kitchen, food included, and didn't use it for two weeks. Still there were bugs everywhere. They were in our cabinets, under the sink, in the fridge, it was gross. All in all if I were to move back to that area I would avoid moving there at all costs. But one person's experience is always going to be different than another persons. I would ready very carefully the reviews of the complex and make note of everything that is mentioned. Good luck!

You will like it for the first 3 months or so, then you will have issues that need to be addressed and the office staff will ignore you. Although, maintenance is quick. My apartment got broken into and it took them 3 weeks to fix the door. One tenant had someone back into their apartment and i remember seeing the wall sunken in as you walked by, from the outside. I think you could do much better. Just be very thorough about any and everything if youre going to stay here. My lease is up in a month so you can bet Im not staying another second after that.

Management staff is new, but the manager is not. The office doesn't really respond to noise complaints (I lived next door to fraternity boys). Electricity is incredibly pricey. My roommate and I had a 300 dollar bill in the summer for a townhome, never much lower than 150. Water isn't bad though.

you electric bill will be through the roof if you opted for one of those 2nd/3rd floor townhomes. they are impossible to cool. we spent about 200 in the winter months on our 2 bedroom on the 1st floor and 125-150 for our 1 bedroom on the 1st floor. (we transferred on site)for the most part the residents were young and loud. typical college age apartment renting crowd. i've had to go outside at 2 am and yell at the brats a few times. when we were in the 1 bedroom the neighbors would all sit outside on the staircase and smoke cigs and marijuana but at least they were quiet at night. IDK i think apartment living in general is hit or miss. I moved to a house in March but my ex still lives there and next weekend he's moving back into a 1 bedroom. so he's not too unhappy. he's a professional guy and says that these are are the best priced ones in the area that has washer and dryers.

yeaa i was going to get a one bedroom apartment at the front of the apartment complex. I'm still unsure about this place though because everyone seems to complain about it. I just don't want to move in and be in a hell hole for another 11 months. I agree, it does seem like a hit or miss kind of thing with apartments. I am a college kid myself but I'm more quiet and to myself and I wouldn't want noise when I am trying to study or after I come home from work and Im exhuasted.

I use to live there. I love the managment staff. The only problem I had was Big roaches. You can have an alarm in your unit which is very good cause most apartments don't. The parking is bad. But all and all. Good place to live.
