HORRIBLE APARTMENTS - DO NOT STAY HERE

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
In December 2008, the toilet flooded my apartment at no fault by me. When I contacted the office, they communicated that they knew that the toilet flooded my apartment because other tennants have already called and complained. I left for the weekend, thinking that they were going to take care of the problem. When I got back home on Monday, all of my furtniture was moved and not placed back in their original position, there was still water left in my bedroom, all of my rugs and towels were soaking wet with sewage water and there was still sewage water in my bathroom, lights were left on, and the AC was running at 50 degrees. When I contacted the office in regards to the lack of customer service for something that is clearly their fault and not mine - because the maintenance personnel told me that, they did not offer any resolutions, but communicated that I should take care of the stuff myself, or pay somebody to clean it up. Then it happened again in August 2009, and I received worst treatment than in the incident before. Management is extremely rude. I have had other incidents in which management still provide the most rude treatment that I have ever experienced in renting apartments. My apartment has had a leak for the past 4 months and I have repeatedly reported it, yet they have not taking care of the leak. So everytime it rains, my apartment gets wet. When my lease is up, I am definitely moving out.
