I lived in holly hall apartment for quite some time (more than three years) in different units. The apartments are quite nice and location is very good for the complex if you are working in TMC area or downtown due to its connection with bus route as well as light metrorail.

After staying for this long, the staff in the office always remained extremely rude and highly unprofessional. To say some more, the apartment complex office personnel were downright insulting and ignorant about any complaints I had. There seems to be the problem of management since no good people seem to keep working for this complex. All the good and professionally working people seem to leave the working environment too quickly.

The apartment units have bugs and roach infestation problems in almost all units. The washer and dryers are too old and don't work properly. The fixtures are not proper which makes the electricity bills go sky high due to higher air-conditioning unit bills.

Overall, I will not recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends.
