The apartment manager is a very rude -----!!!!!!!! That ----- will take your money and ---- all over you.

I can't stand that racist -----!! I had paid my rent and she told me that she never received the money.

I had to go back to the store to confirm that she did receive the money order.

In the mean time my A/C had started blowing warm air like it had went out.

I called the office to have the maintenance come see what the problem was.

They told me that someone would be out there to check it.

When I called back to see about them fixing the A/C I was told that there was not a problem.

I had my mama go look at my A/C because my neighbor's had told me that there was not working as well.

Come to find out That B---- the apartment manager had the switch flipped on the A/C and that's why it was blowing warm air.

Due to her doing some dumb ---- like that, it caused my light bill to increase.

She will have the A/C switch flipped if she doesn't have the rent regardless if it's an overlook on there end.

Those damn apartments are so roach infested.

The damn elevator is ALWAYS broken.

The apartment manager even had her maintenance staff to go in my garage and steal all of my stuff out including furniture my mother had stored there until her house had finish getting built.That's how much vendetta she had against me.

I think Hettig-Kahn needs to find another property manager.

The one that they currently have does not give a damn about anyone and she is a bigggggggggg liar.

If this is you last resort then I understand that you have to move somewhere but if it's not then please don't move there.

Read the reviews on the apartments you are going to move to, to see if this is something you want to deal with.

I wish I could have read some reviews about these apartments but because they were brand new at the time there wasn't any.

PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to break my lease because there was more problems occurring everyday with the front office.

There's no talking to the people in the office because they don't do anything without the property manager.

The property manager lies and she is supposedly never available to speak with( but that B---- is there!!!!)
