Hello,
I am Kelli Smith, The Manager of The
Vanderbilt Apts.

I have just been made aware of this website.

As a property manager for 12 years, I am aware it is impossible to please everyone ALL the time.

Although, there is a lot of negativity regarding The Vanderbilt in the past.

I have made my residents aware of this site.

I am looking forward to seeing positive comments in the future.

I would like to assure you that The Vanderbilt is a very desirable community to call home.

I hope you will keep posted on any activity on this site.
