Worst place ever!

This complex is horrible. There have been numerous assaults and break-ins. The gates never work properly so are always open to let anyone in at any time. The wood falls down around you and the maintenance crew gets to it whenever they feel like it. The management office is extrememly rude and unhelpful. The running water is dirty and unsanitary. The maintenance crew is lacking in basic skills. Never in my life have I had as many problems and concerns as when I lived there. I always felt unsafe and unhappy.
