Okay, so someone stole the wheels off of four cars this week. I know this, not because the complex notified the residents, but because the cars are up on cinder blocks in the parking lot. Perhaps a security guard would be in order' Just a thought...of course that might cut down on the number of times I'd be offered drugs when I go to check the mail.
