We lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and pretty much hated every minute of it.
When we moved in, there was a hole in the carpeting in one of the bedrooms.
Do you know how they fixed it' They cut out that piece(just the piece around the hole) and stuck it in the closet and patched up the area they removed.
The carpet also had pet stains on it from the previous tenant and they charged us for new carpet when we moved out! Maintenance is very slow and the gates never worked! Security is at a bare minimum.
The price of the apartment was not worth it!!
