My husband and I just moved to The Vanderbilt.
We have been here less than one month, but find the staff to be courteous.
Our apartment was clean with new paint.
Carpet was not new, but in very good condition.
We saw the apartment before we signed our lease.
The grass and flowers are beautiful!!! We are enjoying living here and recommend it highly.
By the way, we have lived in Houston all of our lives and crime is everywhere...not the responsibility of the office staff.
