Regarding the last comment about being new here and the staff being really courteous.
Aren't they always in the beginning' I mean, people in general, especially where there is a service provided, are always great in the beginning (and fake).
Just wait until you become old news and they don't care to make you feel special anymore because there are other new people they focus their energy on.
I'm a little bitter, can you tell' That's because I get irritated when I think of how this place always tries to find a quick-fix to any problem.
They sweep a lot under the carpet and don't deal with things properly.
The end result is a lot of unhappy residents and buildings constantly deteriorating.
