Great facade

It's true..this place puts on a great facade and I thought it was really nice here.

I was so excited when I first moved in, but after about 8 months, it took a turn for the worse and I started to see how my maintenance requests were just being brushed under the carpet and everything was taken care of on the surface only.

'Touch it up but don't fix the problem' is their motto.
