The Vandrbilt apartment are Ok they have promblems like every apartments and i really think if the tenents were more aware about what their children and teenager did to this apartment complex and disaplined their children this apatment complex would be a bit better. The thing about this apartment is really security and mantinance I would like the children to stop breaking the gates and I know the place has a lot of matinance issues so that is why we should all have patience so that they can get to these problems in a timly manner.
