Do not move into any property owned by Tipton Group!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Do not let the $199 / $299 MOVE-IN Special trick you!!! The Vanderbilt does not inform you that a portion of that is a deposit and the remaining is your first months rent. So be sure you get your deposit back once your lease is up. Do not pay $99 in advance because that is considered your first months rent!!! We never moved in and we will never consider moving into any property owned by the Tipton Group. We have never delt with such unprofessionalism. If you have any complaints, please forward to the Attorney Generals office. You will get results!
