NO SECURITY, PLENTY OF CRIME, NEW MGMT DON'T CARE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here since June 2004 and it has been hell ever since. Sure the projects are behind us but besides that there is no security on site and management will not alert the tenants when something happens. My car was broken into first, 2 months later it was stolen. They never said they were sorry or even let the other tenants know. When asked about security they say they have "Courtesy Officers". What the heck is a courtesy officer. It is a police officer that also lives on the premises. A lot of good that does. I like the floor plan, large and spacious but the walls are tissue paper thin. No privacy.
