I lived in teh Vanderbilt for 6 weeks. After my car was vandelized, 2 attempts to break into my appartment and the strong smell of drugs being "cooked" in the upstairs apartment, we escaped! We had to move to a "sister" property at our own expense ($400 transfer fee).
They at least let me park under a covered park FREE until my window was fixed.
