I was greeted with beautiful landscaping and a clean complex upon arrival to the Vanderbuilt for the first time.... I toured the complex and was told so many great things about the property. The floorplans met my needs and was very spacious for the price. However I had no idea what I was about to get myself into. All in All.. My Truck was broken into and vandelized, My roomates Car was broken into. The laundramat was constantly vandelized as well as the coke machines. The Security gates NEVER work (Always Open) and the security cameras took over 9 months to be fixed. The Crime is out of control and problems with my apartment never got fixed. Getting an air filter for the A/C was even difficult. The area is very unsafe and management is well aware of the many problems going on the property. I was unsuccessful after many attempts to try to get out of my lease to move to a more secure and trouble free complex. I fullfilled my lease and do not recommend moving to the Vanderbuilt.... EVER
