Not recommend and it is over price. I was here for a year and we will not renew our lease. My roommate car got broken into twice and two of my neighbors?? car window got broken. It is dangerous to live in this area and the Vanderbilt almost never close the entry gate. If the entry gate is closed, the tenant cannot open the gate because it is broken. We usually have to drive to the back and enter in the exit gate. At least once a month, we would receive only cold water for a couple of days. Brown water comes out of the faucet for a while and then only cold water comes out. When we call the management office about these issues, they would brush us off. The new management sucks.

they sure do they lost my rent check twice, how hard is it to sort the mail and give it to the right person?
