I have been at the Vanderbilt for 4 years after the first year I had a break in another attempt a year later and then a reason attempt a few weeks ago. The problem is they are not screening the tenants. Got worse after Katrina. I do not recommend this property to my worse enemy.

While no one can guarantee personal safety and security, we have partnered with Harris County Sherriff's Department for mobile patrols of the property. Also, every one of our residents must pass the same qualification criteria, however, this does not include friends or guests of residents. Moreover, we have a resident reward program for information about criminal activity (if it leads to an arrest). As the property manager, I can assure you that we are diligent in our efforts and invite you to come into the office to discuss this or any matter as we have an open-door policy. Thank you.
