Because of our Property Manager, Assistant Property Mananger, Leasing and Maintenance Staff I love living at The Vanderbilt. I've never once went into the office and wasn't greeted with a smiling face. Even when the Leasing Agents are busy, they have a friendly way of letting you know they'll be with you shortly. The makeover to the front office that was done by Ramon is great. It says "Welcome" as soon as you walk into the office. Plus he's done a lot to improve the appearance of our property. Times are tough for everyone these days as well as myself. That's why when I was going through a bad financial hardship it meant a lot to me when Ramon called me into his office so he could help me come up with a game plan to avoid getting evicted. He knew I was a single mother. But at the same time he was new to our property and really didn't know much about me. So that alone made him stand out as a Manager that not only "says" he's there to do whatever he can to assist his residents. It "showed" that he does. You hear a lot of Property Managers say what they're at a property to do. I'm just glad to have one that says and shows that he really does care about his residents! Thanks Venterra for such a Wonderful Staff at The Vanderbilt!!!

I agree that this is a pretty okay place as far as apartments go, but our "new" manager is my previous one from another complex under the same management company. Let's just say that I hope he does a lot better here than he did over there.
