I have lived at The Vanderbilt for 13 years, and I have been very satisfied with the location and amenities. Peace and quiet is also very important to me, and by and large that is maintained here. I particularly like the nice-sized ground floor patios that are enclosed with solid wooden fences, both for security and privacy. You see that less and less in newer apartments. The staff is very good and competent.
