Bad electrial wiring, sugar ants outside,OLD appliances and not a safe place to live.
My neighborhs are loud with their music, they have many different stange guest that visist often and it smells of weed outside most days.

Manager's Response |

| I very much appreciate honest and truthful feedback from our residents and pride ourselves on the level of customer service that we offer for our residents. At Venterra, resident satisfaction is our main objective. We have implemented several programs to secure our residents' happiness. We have a 48 hour Service Guarantee which states that all work orders will be responded to or repaired within 48 hours. We have not defaulted on our guarantee. Extermination is a complimentary weekly service for our residents; all we ask is that you alert us of any pests and we will schedule extermination as often as needed. Unfortunately, according to your post I can understand your frustration; however we only provide one working phone line in each apartment home any additional is at your cost. I sincerely want my residents to have the best experience possible while living here at The Vanderbilt and will continue to work with you. Thank you. | |

We lived here from 2008-2009 and had bad wiring when we moved in. They came in and fixed it or at least we thought. When we tried to to get a security system installed because of the increasing number of break ins, we found out about more faulty wiring. The manager said frankly that he would not fix it!!! Talk about customer service. We also had neighbors who smoked marijuana on the inside and left our apartment stinky each day. One of the ladies from the office came over, smelled it and knocked on their door to smoke escaping out. Do you know what the manager told us? He said that he would not evict them!!! If that's taking care of your residents, they need a refresher course!!!
