Vanderbilt Court Apartments

Never again!!!! Seriously From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I just want everyone to know that if living in a nice and safe place is important to you don't live here. The management company MBS is a pain. The rude on site personnel extends all the way to the corporate office. I was almost shot in the parking lot when a drive by occured. I know there is crime everywhere but this place is the worst I have ever seen out of the 3 apartments I had and all of my friends put together. The staff is different every week. When you think you might be making progress with the staff they are no longer there. I had many major repair needs from electrical to water leaks and NOTHING was ever fixed. The pool is filthy and the gym is never working. This place is awful all around.
